There are a lot of workflow engines that help with pipeline orchestrations and building ETLs. With Argo, each task executes in a pod and you can easily execute multiple tasks as a DAG. It contains many important features such as passing artifacts between tasks, parameterization, scheduling and more.
Argo Workflow engine has a user interface with the following features:. YAML has its limitations, especially when you want to run pipelines with many tasks and do fast iterations. One of the most mature SDKs was built under the Kubeflow project. Kubeflow is an open, community-driven project to make it easy to deploy and manage an ML stack on Kubernetes. It has a loosely coupled, microservice architecture.
One of those services is Kubeflow Pipelines KFPwhich is a platform for building and deploying portable, scalable machine learning ML workflows based on Docker containers. It has a user interface for managing and tracking experiments, jobs, and runs. Where do ML-related usages begin and end? I found Argo to be more natural for tasks like data-ingestion and general data-processing pipelines that are not meant to end with a running ML experiment.
You can use it by simply installing the package with pip install kfp. The pipeline will receive a parameter, run a for-each loop and transfer data between tasks The general building blocks of most data-processing pipelines.
Wrapping your function with a dsl. There are many different ways tasks can interact with each other dags, loops, conditions, etc. In the above example, the pipeline receives a parameter that will specify the number of sub-tasks to run. Each task will run in parallel on Kubernetes pods. You can also configure a different artifact repository for each pipeline using kfp. In our case, KFP takes care of saving and loading the data by wrapping our functions with JSON serializers which save the data to the artifact store.

Is there any way to use CSS as such to stylise the front-end? Or is there any built-in design tools that are useful? I plan to produce concepts using Photoshop to show them but it's knowing the limitations of what can be done with Access in terms of the front-end design.
Any help would be appreciated! It can be done, but it's a major task because Access isn't designed for developers not to mention graphic designers but for superusers. Thus, tools like you have in, say, Visual Studio, you can only dream of. But if you are prepared to spend hours with alignment near pixel level, it can be done - as you may get an impression of from the screenshots here:. Indeed, design of subforms is a challenge as these are offset a few pixels when embedded in the main form; if you are to accuracy to the pixel, this will hurt your eyes.
Also, listboxes have a habit of shift their layout slightly when required - just to mention a few of the tasks you will encounter. In fact, once you have made some neat forms and controls, the only tool you have to ease your work, is to copy and paste these when you need a new form or control.
This was chosen for two reasons: First, the design guide is so thorough and well thought out, and second, I had no reason to believe I could do it better. That may be different for you, of course. The application was for a custom project, and users' response was positive only, even from Mac users using Remote Desktop - they love the colours. Access is built to be GUI-intuitive. Utilize the Back Color of the form to give it a little more appeal; I always find a softer "slate" blue looks appealing and professional. White or soft yellow text looks nice on that background.
